About ReliableID™
Your ReliableID™ identity credential consists of a cluster of digital identity certificates and other components that, working together, let you assert your identity without disclosing your identity. Osmio's ReliableID™ Identities are built on a foundation of traditional PKI.
Your ReliableID™ identity credential also includes an Identity Quality (IDQA) record, letting relying parties know the extent to which they can rely upon your claim of identity.
The more information you provide at enrollment (and at future enrollments), the higher the IDQA of your ReliableID™ identity credential. That personally identifiable information (PII) may be kept under your control in your locked files as ongoing support for your claim of identity, or you may choose to have the information deleted, leaving you with a lower IDQA. Either way, no one sees your personal information without a court order or your explicit permission.
